Resolutions for 2008
- Run 5Ks I have signed up for, and train for a 10K
- Running outdoors more often
- Reach my goal weight and maintain it
- BMI 19%
- Adapt my "Veg" nutrition to my needs
- Cut on CAFFEIN
- Build stronger muscles
- Work on my push-ups
- Snowshoeing (whole family)
- Be more Environment-friendly
- Less computer time
- SLEEP more!
- Join a Yoga or/and Kick Boxing class
- Take a "Veg" cooking class
- Learn to relax and control my stress
- Be more patient and forgiving
- Trip to WA...

Conclusion: It looks like I was a good girl this year, despite in a little slip off the wagon during the summer. Thanks to Vegetarianism and to Spark People, I got back into shape and I feel like I could lift mountains! ![]()
