Rachel , one of the hosts of the Amazing Lace - Summer 2006, just told me that it was OK not to wait until Memorial Day to start and that lots of people are actually working on long-term projects that they began previously.
And then, all of a sudden, it hit me! The Lacy Pyramid Afghan I started about 2 years ago and didn’t have chance or courage to finish!!!
How could have not thought about it? And IT IS lacy!!! The Amazing Lace would be a great opportunity to finish that project!
So... the Lacy Pyramid Afghan it is!!!
It is not GREEN, blue (June) or purple (July) but it will match August colors, Neutrals/Black & White, as it is "Taupe" but by Labor Day, Project Spectrum will be over anyway...

Now, this is not going to keep me from making that Mauritius Pullover I finally had picked as my Amazing Lace Project! :)
