This is Phoebe, my daughter's stuffed Pig. She was "adopted" from A.C. Moore few months ago and didn't come with any clothes. "No biggy", I thought to myself, "I will make her an outfit".
Well, easy said but not easy done... The thing is that Phoebe is oddly shaped and I couldn't find a pattern for a doll sweater that would fit her. So, I decided to design one myself...
Phoebe is 17 inches long, has oversized shoulders and hips, a small chest but a large belly. I wanted a sweater that would fit her unusual figure yet cutely.
This sweater is worked top down in one piece.
