First, I want to thank all of you who commented here to help me exercise.
Since April 1st, I got 85 comments + 21 from the initial post and 24 for being a Naughty Knitter , meaning 139 minutes total added to my exercise routine!
Wordless Wednesday helped a lot too!
So, I guess I am not doing too bad:
- I keep on losing weight, slowly but steady; 26 lbs dropped so far!
- I had confirmation yesterday that my bathroom digital scale matches the hospital's.
- I was able to wear one my own pants instead of Mr Tricotine's... Not my "Magic Jeans" yet but I am on the right path...
I am getting a little tired of the Treadmill and Stationary Bicycle though... I cannot wait for the weather to warm up, and for Mr Tricotine to be more available for our evening walks to the beach again... I need fresh air!
This morning, I came across this page at Spark People; great yet simple core exercises demos. That reminds me that I need to reflate my exercise ball that has been sitting in the gym room for about a year now...
Tsk tsk tsk, isn't that a shame...
