I don't know about you, but when waschlothes are too cute or specials because presented by friends, I never dare using them for washing dishes or wiping my kitchen or bathroom's counter tops. I don't feel like using them in the shower either. For those purposes, I prefer using basic plain cloths that can be wet and stretched and twisted without regret... That is just me. 
So, what am I doing with pretty cloths you ask?
Well, I often use them as doilies/pads in the bathroom or the kitchen. That way, I can enjoy them on a daily basis and without damaging them. I didn't make the one on the photo, it was a gift.
